So, I will definitely have more to say about this market stand in my next review. They are super nice, but also a bit confused about what #vegan and vegetarian means. So, Budd Dairy (gross name) Food Hall has a stand called Hatch, which is a rotating test kitchen so potential business owners can try out working in a space. Zakki is also a food truck in Columbus, and the owner is family with the owners of Lavash. These fries were decent, and one of the actual vegan items on the menu. They were crispy and salty and served with a side of hummus. They were a tad bit expensive, which is kind of the theme at this food hall.
