These perfect vegan #Käsespätzle were made with homemade #spätzle noodles cooked to perfection, then layered with a creamy vegan #cheesesauce. It's topped with caramelized, slightly crispy onions for added flavor and texture. Garnished with fresh #herbs like chives or parsley for a finishing touch.

These were ultra indulgent and didn’t leave anything to be desired. Creamy cheese that was some of the best vegan cheese out there!
