Review of Cherry Crush at Francis by iszy

This is a menu staple at Francis, but I've never had it until now! This draft cocktail is made with Earl Giles gin, lemon, cherry, vanilla, and seltzer. I was expecting something super sweet, but I was surprised I could still taste the alcohol. It's not overwhelming and I'm actually glad it wasn't as sweet as I was expecting. I do like the touch of vanilla.
