I wish I had used this tofu for a scramble instead of an improvised vegan omelette. The omelette thing didn't work out quite as I expected; it was due to my cooking rather than the tofu. The tofu perse tasted alright. My favourite part is that you needn't keep it refrigerated until you open it; it'd save me a lot of fridge space.
I bought it at a little shop in London but I'm afraid don't remember the name.
