🍜🎃 I’ve been wanting to check out this newish chain and a bowl of free udon noodles is just the thing to entice me there! I loved this place as it felt very nostalgic for me. I wasn’t crazy about udon when I lived in 🇯🇵Japan but it’s grown on me. They had Veganuary 🌱signs and posters everywhere here which was awesome and they were still offering the specials even though we are mid February now. This was one of the specials for #veganuary2024. This small pumpkin katsu 🍛curry udon was £8.95 and 613 calories. I’m glad I didn’t get the regular or large as it was so filling already. I got £5.95 off with their free noodle deal so it was only £3. They were frying everything as I was there so everything is very freshly made. There were chunks of veg in the curry so it felt healthy and tasty too. I wish we had one closer. They won an award for best value restaurant group in 2022.
