I LOVE It's All Natural Store Popups at the Ching Ter Maitreya and seeing so many lovely friends. 🌿🐉The Temple food is always a highlight. We got the sesame ginger tofu and veggies and a side of chow Mei Fun noodles (already reviewed). This #tofu dish was great. The tofu was frozen, thawed, and cooked, so it gave it a great meaty texture that absorbed all the flavors. The #ginger flavor was also so delicious and the seasones veggies. The tofu came with green beans, fennel and carrot as well. This serving was $13, and it's an Asian owned Buddhist Temple that houses the Vegan It's All Natural Store and of course it was Lunar New Year Weekend!🛕
