This dessert is simply decadent. So rich and moist. Even if taste were the only issue, there’s no reason to consume animal products. No one could prepare a non-vegan pumpkin cheesecake that would taste better. I sat in the upstairs dining area to get a little work done on my laptop and savor this cheesecake. Relaxing and convenient. #hawaiivegan
