#Rawon is an #Indonesian beef #soup - this replica was great (I think lol, never had the original). It was savory, had lots of #beef, #veggies and a delicious broth. It utilizes the black keluak nut as the main seasoning, which gives a dark color and nutty flavor to the soup. It also has #garlic, #shallots, #coriander, #pepper, #lemongrass, #ginger, kencur, galangal, palm sugar, lime leaves and bay leaves. Imagine the flavor explosion! 💥
