My friend got this today when we went to Ikea for lunch. I got the veggie dogs, but I have already reviewed them LOL!
This had #cucumbers, #tomatoes, leafy greens, #carrots and a #balsamic dressing. She liked it because it was a #fresh side to her main.
It was $2.99.
It is interesting because Ikea had so many signs preaching sustainability but then were focusing on the slamon being sustainably fished...laaammmeee. Also they went on about their plant-based options, but they only really have a veggie dog, veggie balls and strawberry ice cream. And I guess this side #salad. Better than nothing, but it seemed to be a lot of attention to them being plant-based and not having a lot to show for it.

At least the plant-based ball has started rolling at IKEA. Hopefully others will follow.
Yes lol, during veganuary lots of ads for their ‘plantbased options’
But with plantbased they mean vegetarian since they only had 2 vegan options.
