Zola's cafe in Auburn, #washington has a couple of #veganoptions including #bakedgoods like brownie bites and muffins and savory foods like this #veganbowl. Everything vegan or that can be veganized is easily labelled on the menu as V2. Its a quick meal type place with most thing premade and warmed up, but even so this was still very fresh with #sweetpotatoes, spinach, bell peppers and brown rice. It was very good. I was wanting to try their #veganfocaccia but they were all out 😭.
Staff is knowledable about ingredients and vegan and gluten free options.
