Zola's Cafe in Auburn, #washington has a handful of #veganoptions. They are a small, locally owned cafe with #coffee drinks and premade lunchy food and sandwiches. They have a rice and veggie bowl that can be made vegan (vegan options are labelled V2 to make it easier to #veganize.
They had a variety of vegan #bakedgoods including a pumpkin muffin, banana nut muffin and this vegan #brownie made with #zuchinni.
It was super moist (get your napking ready because it was a little oily), but it was delicious.
