Fragrant and piquant mala pan mee; spiciness level somewhat customisable since you could decide how much chilli paste to toss in. 🍜🌶️ Served with firm lion's mane mushrooms and crunchy battered abalone mushrooms. 🍄 Surprisingly, the 'minced meat' did not consist of mock meat, but was instead a creative mix of crumbled tempeh and tofu as well as diced mushrooms! 😮 Loved the fact that minimally processed ingredients were used, and that it gave some bite for varied texture~ Overall tasty and innovative; highly recommended!
