these deli slices are very peppery, salty, and a tiny bit spicy! my favorite use is to make some sort of reuben sandwich with it (although this does not perfectly mimic corned beef).
the texture of the slices are a bit rubbery compared to real meat; i really enjoyed the taste so i didn’t mind! the slices are slightly inconsistent in thickness, almost similar to real deli meat which was kind of interesting. as long as it doesn’t impact the amount of slices!
