Each wrap comes with a choice of soup, salad, or corn chips. I saw that the soup of the day was French onion and that sounded so cozy. This French onion soup is made with caramelized onions, garlic, tamari, thyme, house-made vegetable broth, and cheezy gluten-free croutons. The soup came out really hot which is what I was hoping for. The croutons begin to soften if you leave them there. They were a nice topping, although they weren't as cheezy as I was hoping for. The broth was flavorful and I enjoyed the caramelized onions.
