Juice Pharm is the only fully vegan restaurant in Duluth so I've been meaning to make a trip over there. It's just a bit difficult because they close at 3pm every day. I finally made it there and I'm so happy! The interior is such a cool space and we sat at the coolest table under their plant wall.
This wrap is made with chickpeas, bacon-tempeh, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, carrots, spring mix, and ranch dressing. It's very fresh and veggie forward. The tempeh is nice and hearty, but it would have been nice if it was a bit smokier for a stronger bacon flavor. The ranch was also not as dill-forward as I was hoping for. This place reminds me a lot of vegan restaurants before I was vegan; they're much more healthy food focused with raw ingredients and minimally processed proteins.
