Tofu Scramble no Boni Beach Restaurant —Avaliação do emmarosewitched (8 de jan. de 2024)

This was an incredibly tasty breakfast that was included in the cost of our room. Though tofu scramble is a bit overdone (and can be underwhelming), this edition was uncharacteristically creamy — perhaps coconut mylk was added? — and had a hint of curry flavour. It also packed a slight kick with the chopped fresh chili and sambal; along with some extra nutrients with the cabbage and shaved zucchini. So, high originality scores were rewarded. This was a wonderful start to my day.
