These dried bread crisps are made of a traditional Canarian bread "matalahúva," which uses #anise as an ingredient. I used this for my annual holiday stuffing and it worked great, adding a wondeful flavor to the usual ingredients!
Clean ingredients list and ok nutrition, just a bit heavy on the salt. The crisps are nice on their own as well, light and not too hard. The back of the packaging has a #funfact about breadmaking 🤓. Found these gems at Super Dino 🛒 for around 2,40€ for the 450g bag.
