Vegan Omelette no Aadha-Aadha Café —Avaliação do Saravana (28 de dez. de 2023)

Made with chickpea flour, pan-fried. Doesn't tastes much like an omelette, but a satisfying alternative for sure. The first picture is the omelette with tomatto add-on and the second picture is the original. I've tried these on two different days for breakfast.
This café especially is at the ghats of Varanasi, rooftop restaurant - has a great view of the ganges from out there. Wonderful environment to spend time at as well. This place has been my breakfast place for almost all the days out there in Varanasi. Lovely place, plenty of vegan food in the menu. Highly recommended
