Review of Scrambled Tofu - Green Guru by ronelle
A block of tofu, with a sachet of the spices needed to make a tofu scramble. Not bad, but too expensive. I'd rather buy blocks of tofu at the Chinese store. I add turmeric, black pepper, kala namak, plant milk, nutritional yeast, and some grated vegan cheese. Fried with 🍄 🍅 and 🌶
Sometimes, I add soya mince or soya pieces.
