This bistro slider was made up of house made ground seitan, sunflower, seeds, and mushrooms and topped with tomatos, diced onions, pickled and arugula and house special sauce on a sesame seed bun. I swapped the fries for a salad with vegan ranch. The slider was delicious and I really liked the soft sesame bun. The salad was hearty too. Overall a tasty filling meal. $10.
