Chewy sourdough pizza topped with housemade porcini mushroom sauce, white Swiss button mushrooms, vegan mozzarella and parmesan, truffle oil, and a few pieces of kale. 🍕🍄🧀🥬 Appreciated the #vegancheese option available at no additional charge, but personally found it unpleasantly goopy and plasticky. I'm so sorry, I know there are rave reviews for this eatery and this pizza in particular, but I found the taste quite dull and mediocre - certainly nothing like Gigi's Pizzeria in Sydney which is what an influencer claimed... 🥲🫠 Still grateful for F&Bs providing vegan options though!
