The presentation for this was stunning. Truly outstanding 🙌 That little mound in the middle, guess what it was? Yep, it was indeed the #friedrice (second picture for the reveal 😉), quite literally inside the #seaweed 😂 I still prefer my seaweed chopped up and mixed into the fried rice, rather than present in a form factor that still requires me to get busy with my cutlery. Yet how could I give a bad rating to something this artful? 🥰

P.S. Take this and show it to every Chinese auntie who ever told you that vegetables must be overcooked and absolutely ruined; the raw stuff worked wonderfully indeed ☺️
