梅菜拉面 Mei Cai Ramen no Grand Vege Creative 素膳 —Avaliação do Steven Neoh (18 de dez. de 2023)

This one didn't look particularly well presented, but believe me it tasted fabulous 🤤 The #meicai was very present in the stock, and bestowed this lovely, leafy, mellow sweetness on the entire dish 😋 I never knew that #ramen could work this well with the southern Chinese flavour palate, but I guess I do now 😉 This was amazing on a rainy night!
