These were crispy, meaty, cheesy, spicy, creamy, and decadently delicious. Buddy’s Steaks is no longer a food cart, but it was great that they popped up at GNARFEST VEGAN MARKET, organized by GNARLYS, which benefitted Meals On Us PDX, a local nonprofit that provides healthy meals for people suffering from food insecurity.
