I think this was my favorite dish from Millennium and possibly my first time having Lion's Mane Mushroom. The mushroom itself was delicious and the glaze made it even better 😋
Every bite was heavenly ❤

persimmon coconut curry, fried forbidden black rice with cashew, caulini, yuba, thai basil & shiso, lemongrass-ginger goreng, spicy crying tiger sauce, pickled lotus root and napa cabbage.
