Simply epic! A huge vegan cachopo (basically a Spanish cordon bleu), this one is filled with #bacon , #cheddar and #caramelizedonion , and I love the contrast between the smoked and the sweet flavours.
I defroze it and then cooked in the oven for 30 mins and it was just perfect, with the cheese all melting. I cannot wait to try more from this brand!!
