These guys are good...
Very good cheddar that was lovely in a cheese sauce, on toasted sourdough and on a Beyond Burger.
I'm still more keen on their gouda though.
I also tried making what I call cheezies with this cheddar but it failed lol.
Its basically just grated cheese placed on a baking sheet - I add Jalapeños- and popped in the oven to crisp up.
The edges were okay but it wasn't the proper full crisp that's perfect for dipping into guacamole.
I'll keep trying to find a cheese for that.

Urban vegan is my fav at the mo, the Parmesan one is more versatile than normal Parmesan. Did you know that NY slice use their cheese!! 🤗
