Blue dragon coconut milk from asda 400g in tin
Placed in fridge for two days to separate the cream from the milk
And it separated nicely
I folded the cream with alpro whipping cream and turned out beautifully nice and thick.
I created layers of
Cherries in syrup
Drizzle of almond liqure
Maple syrup
Chocolate cake
More cherries
And the cream topping with a little coriander
Then served wonderful flavours like a little forest gateau.
We recommend the combination of the cream as a lot of times the coconut milk tins don't hold much cream
