Gosh, this was so so yummy! I’m always in awe when a salad is designed sowell. You get a healthy serving of veggies, fruits (pomegranate, mango, avo), seeds, sweet potatoes and beans and tofu. On a base of quinoa and fresh leaves. Beautiful dressing too, a citrus and curcuma sauce. It’s a really really big portion, i shared with mom and we still skipped dinner after.
Veggie restaurant with loadsa vegan options (clearly marked). Mostly salad bowls, but they also have a vegan pho if you’re after a hot meal. All the other salads look really well-curated too. Portions here are extremely generous, so i’d consider sharing, or bringing a takeaway box. Menu available in multiple languages (en/fr/nl). Bathrooms down a steep flight of stairs.
