Our final sensational taste at this excellent Shanghai restaurant was this exquisite, light and creamy blend of mango and lemon, plant-based milk and a medley of fruit - blueberries, mango, some tiny red berries unknown to me, and toasted coconut all garnished with mint.
All the delicate ingredients were allowed to Ping out. This dish was such a refreshing way to end the meal.
The chefs here are so thoughtful in the preparation and presentation of the food.
I hope this restaurant thrives as I would love to return if I get the chance to visit Shanghai again.
