I can’t speak highly enough about this restaurant.
It’s only just opened, it’s what it says it is PURE VEGAN. Every dish is made with precision and care and great taste.
We were warmly welcomed even though we’d arrived a little bit earlier than the dinner session.
The menu is presented on an i-pad and was a friendly way to peruse the well- laid out dishes. An English translation was available too.
So along with my family, a pescatarian and two omnivores we chose a selection of dishes.
#peashoots and #tofu was our first choice.
Oh how happy it made us!
Delicate greens, slightly crunchy, covering a bed of tender tofu steeped in a mild, soothing broth.
The relief of eating something you are confident has not harmed anyone is also worth savouring.
