Peanut flavoured #icecream with brownie chunks and #pretzel pieces!
The #dairyfreeicecream is really great! It has a clear and flavourful taste of sweet #peanutbutter. A hint of #vanilla too, but the #peanuts really shine here. It has a good creamy and soft texture that melts well but not too quickly. Like the other Ben & Jerry’s ice cream I tried it’s very solid and annoying to scoop out straight from the freezer.
There’s so many #brownie chunks in this! The picture doesn’t do it justice as there were way more towards the middle of the tub. They’re dense and super fudgy! Gets stuck to the teeth a little but so worth it. The #cocoa flavour is pretty rich too! Complements all the other flavours well.
The #pretzels don’t really have much crunch left, which is expected as it’s added to something fluid. It honestly has the texture of slightly dry cookie dough and I really like that! I don’t notice any of that classic malt taste that I expect from pretzels, but it’s listed in the ingredients. It has a very good amount of #salt! Pairs well with all the sweetness☺️
It is #palmoilfree! Certified vegan. The packaging is #plantbased and also #recyclable. The sugar, cocoa and vanilla is certified #fairtrade.
💵~88 NOK at Bunnpris when on offer. 115 originally. Ben & Jerry’s is so pricey here, and #veganicecream isn’t cheap to begin with.
Definitely the best vegan ice hream I’ve had, probably one of the best ice creams if we consider my pre-vegan days too. I’ll buy this again, but only on offer!
