I wanted the tin roof or even the mint but they didn’t have.
First off regardless of the taste its not worth the R49 it cost at Lekker vegan. I thought I was buying a 1L tub and was horrified when they put that tiny 175ml tub in a bag. Woolworths is pretty good too and thats R59 I think for a 1L.
The texture is great, the taste was cookie dough-like, but it had the tiniest underlying flavour I couldn’t put my finger on. Maybe slightly cheesy and I see there is some nutritional yeast in it!
I was halfway through the tub before I came across the first sign of cookie. It was nutty and maybe a slight bit caramel-ish. Which was nice.
Overall good tasting and great smooth creamy texture but the price stops me from ever buying it again.

Have you had MYLK’s ice cream before? I saw someone mentioned that MYLK is now selling under Fairview (if that’s true, I’m very bummed about that). This one does look a lot like the cinnamon cookie dough flavour MYLK had, but it doesn’t look like there’s any cinnamon in the ingredients…
