I used this brand because I was shopping at Nation's and this was the only #vegan cheeze they sell. It was also only $4, which is amazing for vegan cheeze.
I used it for making this #lasagna. I used kale from my garden and mushrooms and pulsed them in the food processor to add some veggies to this lasagna.
This lasagna was unreal. Yay to #vegancheeze so I can enjoy meals like this.
