Beverage is prepared from powdered soya bean. It doesn't taste bad, in fact I liked it. It doesn't have the powdery aftertaste however you do know that it's powdered soya bean milk. It can be quite filling so if you are a light consumer, you might want to go for this drink and perhaps an appetizer.
