You’ll have to #asktoveganize by having them #droptheegg 🐣 I love the combination of #hericiummushroom, #tofu and #blackfungus 🍄 It’s actually a perfect stand-in for the omnivorous version of this dish — vinegar pig #trotter 🐷 Not to get into details, but black fungus oddly makes a good immitation of the pig ears they sometimes throw into the original 🫥

Why would you eat that crueler version with this available? It’s healthier too 😉 You can #dobetter 🙌
