The texture was surprisingly good! They are in a somewhat thin and flat #spaghetti shape. Soft but with a good chewiness that doesn’t feel gluey or too gelatinous. Despite rinsing in cold water and adding a tiny bit of oil they did still stick together a little, but not annoyingly so. Still easy to eat
It is so mild in flavour that there isn’t a lot to mention here! Perhaps even more mild than regular #rice, if that’s possible. Great base to pair with whatever flavours you’d like!
It is a great #glutenfree option! It is also #nutfree, #soyfree and #palmoilfree. It has #recyclable packaging.
