My sister picked this up for me on her recent trip to the States. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was shocking delicous, and the first/main ingredient is cauliflower! It's very flavourful and has a nice texture, not too smooth. It tastes very fresh for something that is processed. This would be an awesome dip for a party.
I had it with roasted carrot one night and today I just spread it on some toast and threw on a half can of air fryed white beans. A strange combo but very yummy! The container notes that it must be eaten within 3 days of opening, which is an easy thing to do!
