The dish looked beautiful but the taste wasn’t as flavorful as you thought it would be considering it had such flavorful aroma. I really appreciated they had this home made seitan. Maybe I’m just not a fan of seitan but the consistency wasn’t to my liking. The dish also resembled a lot like a traditional (animal)meat dish and it made me a bit uncomfortable to eat it because my mind tricked me it was animal flesh. But that’s not the dish fault it’s just my brain. A bit on the expensive side. Loved trying it and I loved the place but I won’t order this dish again.
