Review of tsukemen at Tsukemen zuppa by izumi

The miso-based soup is rich and refreshing. It was similar to demi-glace sauce, so it felt like I was eating pasta. The noodles are thick, curly, whole-grain noodles that coat the soup well and have a satisfying texture. The portion was quite large and I was full. The salad that came with it also had kale in it and was delicious.
味噌ベースのつけ汁が濃厚でさっぱりしています。 デミグラスソースにも似ているので、パスタを食べている感じもしました。 麺は全粒粉の太麺の縮れ麺で、汁に良く絡み、食べごたえがあります。 かなり量も多く、お腹いっぱい。 付け合せのサラダもケールが入っていて美味しかった。
