I really liked the #lentils on this dish, they were really flavorful and the addition of #arugula gave me my #greens fix. This dish was my favorite of the evening because of that!
I'm not sure about the #watermelon though. Don't get me wrong I love watermelon ....but it really just tasted like watermelon, and not a #tuna replacement. To claim watermelon tuna one should at least make some effort to transform the fruit into a different texture or flavor right? Well there wasn't much in terms of change , so I found it a bit odd just eating some tubes of watermelon with a lentil salad lol 😆
