We eat this 🧄garlic tofu 🥔potato 🥗salad most days to the point I’m going a bit mad with it. It’s delicious but unlike my partner I don’t want it daily! Easy to chop and fry in a pan. We make a crushed garlic, oil, and balsamic dressing to drizzle over the whole thing. We feel great after eating this. #organic #glutenfree #tofu
