this was so so good! the cheesecake tasted like real cheesecake and had no weird sweetener or artificial aftertaste. i loved the combination with the thick strawberry compote. the cheesecake itself was a tiny bit thick for my taste, but i enjoyed the bar because it wasn’t too large of a portion. i will have to say my favorite part is the graham cracker crust! the crust is amazing and tastes just like what i want from a graham cracker crust. the crust, cheesecake, and strawberry compote just come together to make this really nice combination. a must-try for cheesecake lovers!

update: also tried a cherry version!!
