Penne pasta smothered in Korean-inspired rosé cream with tomato paste and housemade gochujang sauce! Interesting mix of sweet, savoury, and spicy flavours. Served alongside housemade kimchi as well as scallop-like king oyster mushrooms, baby corn, and carrot sticks. Personally would have liked a bit of tofu cubes for protein. Great for those who don't consume alliums as the housemade gochujang and kimchi are allium-free (Chloe used to run a sister brand called Picking On Veg focusing on allium-free pickled veggies)! P.S.
