This is the first special vegan dish that was made for us. The chef asked us the night before if this sounded good and we were looking forward to it. I was happily surprised that this included naan! This dish came out piping hot, which is nice considering buffet food really only trends towards warm. The curry itself was a bit sweeter than I expected, but I liked the flavor. It has the right amount of spice that made me sweat, but the naan and rice helped mellow it out. The tofu was very soft and was fun to eat. The curry soaked up the rice well and I appreciated the naan for helping me get the last bits. I tried just one bite of naan with the chutney and decided it was too sweet for me.
