The first dinner we had here, we just went with the buffet. Surprisingly, I was able to fill up my plate and was satisfied with the choices! The chef has been cooking special meals for us, although the buffet is still available.

This first night there were some delicious hash brown potatoes, broccoli with caramelized onions and craisins, coconut rice, and there's always a salad bar. I'd recommend skipping the bread; it was really hard. I liked all the dishes enough, but it is nice that they will make a special vegan meal if you'd like. I still usually make a little salad as an appetizer. I think the only vegan dressing is the herb vinaigrette, but it's delicious so I don't mind that it's the only option. I've been loading my salad up with kalamata olives this week. 🤤
