Il seitan era immerso nella salsa teriyaki, praticamente immangiabile. Le verdure sono state cotte tutte insieme ma avendo cotture diverse alcune sono rimaste completamente crude (tra cui patate e melanzane). Prezzo esagerato.
Ho scelto (male) questo ristorante perché c’era scritto “opzioni vegane” su una lavagnetta e nel menù c’era questo seitan terribile e dei tacos con Heura. Sconsigliatissimo se andate ad Alcudia.

Hmm 🤔 they must have evolved since your visit. Ok, to be fair, the presentation is something they can work on. When I finally found this place in off season this March, this dish was amazing both in taste and tenderness! Also the pumpkin pizza, that my wife ate, was really good. Very unusual to find such a plantbased selection in a classic steakhouse!
