When I saw this on the menu I couldn’t resist, having tried other menu items made with Atlas Monroe ‘chicken’…and I was definitely not disappointed! Pieces of Atlas Monroe fried ‘chicken’ on a hoagie roll topped with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and a house sauce…delicious! One caveat…it would be handy to have jaws like a snake for this one. No way to get your mouth open far enough…it’s huge!
