Review of Smoky Cheddar Sauce - Plantworthy Food by jandrews
Pretty tasty and much healthier than most vegan cheeze sauces. It's not too salty which is nice but needs an acid to balance the flavour. I like adding Frank's hot sauce to it or a bit of lemon juice. Usually I make my own from fresh veggies or cashews but this was 75% off so I thought I'd give it a try.
