Review of big Breakfast at Back to Eden Singapore (Cafe) by chrysx

Rosti is crispy and tasty, but I felt combination with the enoki mushroom and vegetables is rather weird and don’t match very well. Tofu and hummus is not bad. Nice colours and presentation.
